Meet Our Guest
Speaker and Author
Sarah Beckman inspires people from the stage and on the page. A national speaker and bestselling author of Alongside: A Practical Guide for Loving your Neighbor in their Time of Trial, she’s passionate about helping people navigate the rough patches of
life. Her own health and personal trials coupled with her experience walking alongside those facing all manner of trials, provide her authentic, compelling viewpoint for her books.
In the introduction to her newest book, Hope in the Hard Places, Sarah begins with this: “I’ve lived through my own dark places. And I’ve been privy to more tragic stories than I can ever recount to you.” She brings immediate hope to the reader, letting them know they are not alone and that no one is immune to struggle or adversity. In her books and her speaking, Beckman gets personal as she weaves her own stories reminding readers and listeners that we need someone to walk with us, to point us to truth, and to remind us of God’s goodness.
